When an existing client for whom we have provided facility programming, planning and renovation design services needed local assistance on the design, approvals and construction administration for a new Headquarters Office, they turned again to Maxwell Architects. Working closely with the client’s in-house team, as well as their chosen design architect, we coordinated the highly designed plan to the actual physical lease space in a suburban speculative office building. Our work included coordinating the tenant fit-up contractor, as well as the woodworker, modular furniture provider, systems integration, move and occupancy support. This project has been entered into several innovative design competitions and is working as envisioned for the organization.
