Master planning, facility programming and renovation design for the expansion of a historic church and its adjacent rectory into a modern community health center providing medical, mental and community health services, as well as an embedded day care center and administrative office space. The rectory floors did not align with the health center located in the church building and were realigned for a seamless integration of the two historic structures.
